Refund policy

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. What we do accept, without argument, is that a book can arrive wrong.

If something is wrong with the book

Misprinted pages, a bound-in fault, a cover damaged in the post — tell us and a new copy goes out. A photograph is enough. There is no need to send the book back, and there is nothing to pay.

Write to info@yampolskys.com with the order number and the photograph, and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Dedicated and personalised copies

A sefer carrying a dedication belongs to the person named in it and cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. It is covered for defects and damage exactly like any other copy. This is why we show you the dedication set on the page, in the type it will be printed in, before the sefer is made.

Digital editions

Ebooks and audio are delivered instantly and cannot be refunded once downloaded or accessed.

Your statutory rights

Where local consumer law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal, we honour it. In that case return shipping is at your own cost, and the sefer should reach us unread and undamaged.
